Rebecca is a gifted musician with multiple music degrees who works at SIUE. She has three children and lives in Glen Carbon. We are so blessed to have her come onboard as our new worship accompanist!

June 14 - HAPPY RETIREMENT BBQ for Pastor Penny (and her husband Howard, who is also retiring)! Join us for morning worship at 9 am, and then an outdoor BBQ celebration beginning at 11:45 a.m. After a wonderful 10 years at New Bethel UMC (and a total of 35 years in ministry), Pastor Penny will be retiring on June 30th. New Bethel UMC will be receiving a new Pastor - Rev. Jemiriye Fakunle, who will assume pastoral duties beginning July 1.
